Getting Started

Welcome to Ideonite — your creative command center for turning ideas into shipped projects. This guide gets you from sign-up to your first idea in a few minutes.

Create your account

  1. Go to app.ideonite.com.
  2. Click Sign in with Google — one click, no password to remember.
  3. That's it. Your workspace is created instantly and you land on your dashboard.

Ideonite is currently in early access. If you have an invite, your account unlocks Pro and Enterprise features during the trial period. No credit card is required to start.

The dashboard

Your dashboard is home base. From here you can:

  • See all your ideas as themed cards.
  • Glance at recent activity and your credit balance.
  • Open your inbox for notifications.
  • Jump into any team you belong to.

Create your first idea

An idea is a self-contained workspace with its own pages, sketches, and taskboards.

  1. Click New Idea.
  2. Give it a name and a short description.
  3. Open it — you now have a dedicated workspace with tabs for Pages, Sketches, and Taskboards.

Double-click an idea's name anytime to rename it. Changes apply instantly and sync in the background.

A typical first workflow

  1. Capture — write your concept in a page using the Markdown editor.
  2. Visualize — sketch the rough shape on the infinite canvas.
  3. Plan — break the idea into tasks on a board.
  4. Collaborate — invite teammates and assign work.
  5. Refine — chat with the AI for feedback and structure.
